MEET THE FOUNDER

Vincent Glencairn is the Founder & CEO of Oddball Talent Group, a next-generation talent agency representing culturally relevant creators across entertainment, fashion, and digital media.

Originally from Germany, Vincent moved to London in 2019 and brings nearly a decade of experience working across social media, fashion, and talent management. Before launching Oddball in 2022, he worked as a fashion stylist and model scout, developing a sharp understanding of culture, audience behaviour, and emerging talent.

Since founding the agency, Vincent has built a roster of creators who have collaborated with global brands and platforms including TikTok, Netflix, and Vogue. His management style focuses on long-term career development, strategic partnerships, and helping creators navigate both the entertainment industry and the evolving creator economy.

As a queer founder operating in an industry where LGBTQ+ representation in leadership has historically been limited, Vincent launched Oddball with the goal of building a more inclusive, forward-thinking agency model - one that adapts to each creator individually rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
